MATERIAL

Our pieces are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

Our jewelry is made of titanium steel. Gold color styles are plated with 18K gold in a vacuum three-layer (0.03μ) electrochemical painting process.

CARE GUIDE

To ensure the longevity and shine of your BR Jewelry pieces, follow these essential care tips:

  • Avoid wearing your jewelry during showers, at the beach, or in the pool. Remove rings when washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer.
  • Sweat can accelerate oxidation, so avoid wearing your pieces during physical activities.
  • Keep your jewelry away from perfumes, sunscreen, creams, and cleaning products, as they can oxidize and dull the pieces. Wait until body products are completely dry before putting on your jewelry to prevent chemical reactions.
  • When cleaning your pieces, use warm water and mild liquid soap. Never use liquid or gel alcohol or other cleaning products. Dry them well with a towel and a hairdryer.

STORAGE

Handle your jewelry with care, avoiding drops and impacts. Store pieces individually to prevent breakage, dents, or scratches.

Choose dry and clean storage places, away from light and humidity, such as the bathroom sink.

CLEANING

To prevent deterioration or damage, it’s important to remove any dirt or chemical buildup that may react negatively with the metals in your jewelry. For home cleaning, we recommend soaking your BR Jewelry piece in warm water with mild soap, gently scrubbing it with a very soft toothbrush, and then drying it with a cloth. We also offer polishing cloths upon request.

WARRANTY

BR Jewelry products are manufactured with high standards of quality and design, and all come with a six-month warranty. However, some basic care is required, as described above in 'care guide'

If a manufacturing defect is noticed upon first contact with the product, BR Jewelry will take the necessary actions. The warranty covers the maintenance of the plating and stones (setting) that may come loose during the warranty period. The turnaround time for returning the repaired piece is up to 30 business days, and the cost of shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Defects caused by breakage, dents, and scratches are not covered by the warranty. If you need assistance or repair for your pieces, please contact us. However, the cost of repair and shipping will be your responsibility.
